As of March 2024, the 'green' hydrogen energy economy is still a really, really bad idea.
Pretty much for all the same reasons I wrote in the book when it was published 18 years ago,
and despite the full-court-press media-hype-storm being paid for by your taxes and the
multi-national oil and gas industry as part of their deny, disinform, and delay strategy.
It's still your money they're wasting, and there are even more things you can do now to make a better world for yourself and save money doing it (electric vehicles, heat pumps, photovoltaics ...)
Oh, and it's still worth buying the book, lots of other tips to save money and the planet in it that have held up well with the passage of time.
